12. Lifetime Plan - Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that provides ongoing access to AutomatePost tools under a Bring Your Own Key ("BYOK") model. By upgrading to or purchasing the Lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

No platform credits: AutomatePost does not provide generation credits as part of the Lifetime / BYOK plan. Any remaining promotional or previously purchased credits may be used first; once they are exhausted (or insufficient for a request), further generation requires your own OpenAI API key.
Your API key: You must obtain and maintain a valid OpenAI API key at your own expense to generate content. You are solely responsible for creating, securing, rotating, and revoking that key.
Your costs: OpenAI usage charges and billing associated with your API key are your responsibility. AutomatePost is not liable for OpenAI fees, rate limits, outages, or account actions taken by OpenAI.
Key storage and use: If you save an API key in AutomatePost, it is used only to process your generation requests. You may update or remove your key at any time from your plan settings.
No downgrade: After a successful upgrade to the Lifetime plan, you cannot downgrade to a monthly or annual credit-based plan.
Compliance: Your use of OpenAI through BYOK remains subject to OpenAI’s terms and policies, in addition to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these BYOK terms, do not purchase or upgrade to the Lifetime plan.
